Audifort refund policy: what you get back and by when

Audifort refund policy: what you get back and by when

The Audifort order page promises a full refund for 90 days from your original purchase, empty bottles included, minus shipping and handling. It says the money goes back within 48 hours of the return arriving. One click deeper, the vendor's shipping policy asks for every bottle to reach its fulfillment center within 60 days of the order date. We'd plan around 60.

What the order page promises

The FAQ spells it out:

"simply return the product, even your empty bottles, anytime within 90 days of your purchase and you'll receive a full, no-questions-asked refund (minus shipping and handling fees)"

Claims start with a call or an email. Payment is a one-time charge, so there's no subscription to cancel on top of the return. The checkout runs through ClickBank, which the order page names as the retailer, and its footer repeats the window: returns "within 90 days from the date of purchase."

Where the fine print sets shorter clocks

Three policy pages linked from the order page don't fully agree with it, or with each other.

  • The shipping policy page says all bottles, "be they empty, full or partially full", must arrive at the fulfillment center within 60 days of the original purchase date, with a note giving your order ID, name, address, email and phone. On missing bottles it contradicts itself: one line says partial refund, a later one says no refund. Returns go by USPS with tracking, at your cost.
  • The return policy page keeps 90 days but adds a step: email support for a return authorization number (RMA) first, then ship within 14 days of getting it.
  • The terms page mentions a "90 day returns policy" and sends you back to the shipping and returns rules.

Nothing says which rule wins. The safe reading is the strictest one: ask for the RMA early and have the box delivered before day 60. Our cost per day page shows how far into each pack you'll be by then.

Example: what comes back on each pack

This assumes a US order, every bottle returned on time and no shipping insurance. Return postage isn't counted.

  • Two bottles: paid $167.95 ($158 plus $9.95 shipping); back $158.00; kept $9.95.
  • Three bottles: paid $207.00 with no shipping charge; back $207.00.
  • Six bottles: paid $294.00 with no shipping charge; back $294.00.

The free-shipping packs showed $0.00 shipping at checkout, so the "minus shipping and handling" rule has nothing to take. Pack prices are on our price page.

How to ask for a refund, step by step

  1. Find your receipt email for the order ID. On your card the charge reads CLKBANK*Audifort x 2, x 3 or x 6.
  2. Ask for an RMA at support@audifort.com or +1-866-374-5018 (hours listed in October 2026: daily, 10 AM to 1 AM Eastern). The order page footer sends order questions, as opposed to product questions, to ClickBank.
  3. Pack every bottle, empty or not, with the note described above and the packing slip if you kept it.
  4. Mail it by USPS with tracking to the returns address you're given. Both policy pages list one in Largo, Florida. Ship within 14 days of the RMA and aim for arrival before day 60.
  5. Email support the RMA and tracking number.
  6. Watch your statement. The shipping policy says a processed refund can take 3 to 5 business days to show.

The FTC suggests keeping records of an online order, the return policy and your messages with the seller. Given how much the three policy pages differ, screenshot them the day you order.

If the money doesn't arrive

Contact the seller first; if the credit still doesn't post, go to your card issuer. The FTC lists a bill "for something you either returned or never got" among the problems you can dispute, and under the credit card dispute rules it explains, your letter has to reach the issuer within 60 days after the first bill with the error was sent to you. The CFPB says to call the card company right away; the company then has 30 days to confirm it got your written notice. The RMA email and the USPS tracking number are your proof.

If you're returning it because of a reaction

If a reaction is why you're sending it back, deal with that first. FDA says the first step is to contact or see your health care provider. For a serious reaction, FDA also asks you to stop using the product and file a report through its Safety Reporting Portal.

Write the day-60 date on your calendar the day you order. The order page says 90 and the shipping policy says 60, and only the earlier date satisfies both. For an order placed on November 1, 2026, that date is December 31; the 90-day line would be January 30. Shipping time eats into it too, as our where to buy page shows.
