Audifort's seller gives two timelines: a first difference within a week for most people, and best results at 4 months or more of daily use. We found no independent test of either claim. What we can pin down is the bill. Four months at one dropper a day takes 4 bottles, and the cheapest way to get them is the 6-bottle pack at $294. At two droppers you need 8 bottles: $452 plus shipping on a 2-pack, or $501 with free US shipping.
What does the vendor say about timing?
The order page FAQ puts it like this:
"In our tests, the best results come when you take Audifort consistently for 4 months (or longer)"
The next sentence recommends the 3 or 6 bottle package, which is a little odd, since 3 bottles last 90 days at one dropper. The order page does not say what those tests were, and PubMed lists no studies of Audifort.
Nor does the research offer a timeline. The closest trial, a 2015 Korean red ginseng pilot in people with tinnitus, ran 4 weeks at 1,500 or 3,000 mg a day. That says little about 4 months of a 200 mg blend, and our write-up of the study explains why. The NIDCD says that of the supplements advertised as tinnitus cures, none has been proven to be effective, and the FDA does not approve supplements before they are marketed, so the 4-month figure is the seller's alone.
How many bottles does 4 months take?
We count 4 months as 120 days. Four calendar months in a row run 120 to 123 days, and the bottles come in 30-day units. A bottle is 30 ml and a dropper is 1 ml; the order page says one dropper a day, the label says 1 or 2.
- One dropper a day empties a bottle in 30 days: 4 bottles for 120 days.
- Two droppers a day empty it in 15: 8 bottles for 120 days.
Only the 6-pack reaches 120 days on its own, and only at one dropper.
Example: 30 ml bottles, 1 ml per dropper, so 30 days per bottle at one dropper a day and 15 days at two. Dashed line at 120 days.
| Pack and dose | Days |
|---|---|
| 6 bottles, one dropper | 180 days |
| 3 bottles, one dropper | 90 days |
| 2 bottles, one dropper | 60 days |
| 6 bottles, two droppers | 90 days |
| 3 bottles, two droppers | 45 days |
| 2 bottles, two droppers | 30 days |

What is the cheapest way to cover 120 days?
Packs come in 2 ($158), 3 ($207) and 6 ($294), as listed on the order page in October 2026. The 3 and 6 ship free in the US. The 2-pack adds shipping without showing the amount, so we count one unknown charge per 2-pack rather than guess. These are the cheapest mixes that reach 4 or 8 bottles.
| Example | Packs bought | Bottles | Days covered | Paid | Shipping | Left at day 120 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| One dropper a day | One 6-pack | 6 | 180 | $294 | Free in the US | 2 bottles |
| One dropper a day | Two 2-packs | 4 | 120 | $316 | 2 charges, not listed | 0 |
| One dropper a day | One 3-pack, one 2-pack | 5 | 150 | $365 | 1 charge | 1 bottle |
| Two droppers a day | One 6-pack, one 2-pack | 8 | 120 | $452 | 1 charge | 0 |
| Two droppers a day | One 6-pack, one 3-pack | 9 | 135 | $501 | Free in the US | 1 bottle |
At one dropper the 6-pack wins outright. It costs $22 less than two 2-packs before their shipping, and you reach day 120 with two bottles still in the cupboard. That is $2.45 a day across the 120 days, or $1.63 if you use all six over 180 days; cost per day runs the same math for every pack.
At two droppers it hinges on the missing shipping figure. The 6-pack plus a 2-pack is $452, the 6-pack plus a 3-pack $501 with free US shipping. The gap is $49, so the 2-pack route wins while its shipping stays under $49.00. We ran each total twice.
Prices as listed on the order page in October 2026. The 2-bottle pack's shipping charge is not shown, so those rows add an unknown amount per 2-pack.
| Dose and packs | Paid |
|---|---|
| One dropper: one 6-pack | $294 |
| One dropper: two 2-packs | $316 + 2 shipping |
| Two droppers: 6-pack + 2-pack | $452 + shipping |
| Two droppers: 6-pack + 3-pack | $501 |

Does a 4-month plan fit the 90-day refund?
No. The window is 90 days from the original purchase, and day 120 comes 30 days after it closes. The clock starts before your first dropper, too. Example: if the box arrives 10 days after you order, the slow end of the 5 to 10 day US estimate, and you start that day, you get 80 days of drops inside the window. Shipping and handling are not refunded; the full refund rules cover the rest.
To keep the refund open:
- Write down the order date. The window ends 90 days later, whatever day the parcel arrived.
- Keep every bottle, empty ones too. The order page asks for the product back, even empty bottles.
- Set a calendar reminder a week or two before day 90, so the decision is not a last-minute one.
Is 4 to 6 months of daily use a safety question?
NCCIH gives a reference point for ginseng: short-term oral use, up to 6 months, of Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng) in recommended amounts appears safe for most people. The same page flags sleeplessness as its top side effect and says ginseng might interact with certain medications. Its long-term safety has been questioned. NCCIH also says the root is the part most often used, while the label lists aerial parts, in an amount it does not give. Take 6 months as a rough marker, then. A 6-pack at one dropper lasts 180 days, right about at that marker, and a second 6-pack goes past it.
The licorice compound is the other ingredient to weigh on a long run. NCCIH says glycyrrhizin can cause serious adverse effects, especially in large amounts or in the long term. If you have high blood pressure, or heart or kidney trouble, read Audifort and licorice and talk to your doctor before planning months of it.
The vendor asks for 4 months, and the refund lasts about 3. If you go ahead, your last chance to decide falls around day 80 of drops, 40 days short of the vendor's mark.
